Shipping fee is 800 yen.

​ *Please contact us separately for Hokkaido, Kagoshima, and Okinawa prefectures.

Return shipping fee: To be paid by the customer (please pay in advance)
Re-shipping fee for "exchanges": Our company will pay for it.
Refund amount when "Returns (refunds) are accepted": Product price at the time of purchase (however, the customer is responsible for the transfer fee)

Returns if the cause is due to our company

[7-day free replacement/refund (repair) guarantee]
If we send you a product that is different from what you ordered, or if there is a problem with the product such as dirt or defective metal fittings, we will promptly replace it with the same product at our expense (shipping fee (round trip)) for products that are in stock. . (If the replacement product is out of stock, we will issue a refund or provide free repair. We will confirm your preference when we contact you.)

Please contact us by phone or email within 7 days after receiving the product and return the product by cash on delivery.

★Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns for products that fall under the following conditions.
・Products that have been used once
・Products that have scratches or dirt on them at the customer's disposal
・Products that do not have the accessories (including tags and stickers) that were sent.
・Products repaired by customers
・Products without prior notification of return

★If the product is unused, we will exchange or return it even if it has been opened.
